This weekend the weather in Spain has been strong. People have had to stay at home in the north because strong winds and heavy rain have made it dangerous to go out. Driving was impossible, some roads were closed and the news on the television and radio told us that the people needed be careful if they tried to travel, because the wind was similar to a cyclone. In the east were gale force winds and four children died when the sport centre's roaf fell down on top of them. It ripped up trees and a lot of flights were cancelled. However, in the south we have been lucky. The weather has been changeable between clear skies and clouds. Apart from the Straits of Gibraltar, where the wind was very dangerous.
I think it's a sign of climate change. Although the goverments are starting to do something about it, they are not doing enough. Perhaps they should be looking at reducing the number of cars on the road or reducing emissions from factories and big industry. Global warming is a serius problem and we all have to do our bit to prevent it. I'm concerned about the situation care because the future will be a disaster if everyone isn't conscious about the problem.

I was interested in listening to the weather forecast for last weekend, because I was going to plan a trip to nearby mountains. However, heavy rain and strong winds were forecast in the south of Spain. Northen Spain would have hard rain and gale-force winds. They would be produced by an atlantic cyclone that would across the north of the Iberian Peninsula. I decided to put the trip off, because I have had bad experiences with rain in the countryside.
Two years ago, I got a permit to climb a mountain in the Grazalema Mountain Range. When we arrived at the local office, the guards advised us to change our aim of reaching the top of the mountain, which was covereded by thick fog. They told us we could get lost and the paths were extremely slippery. We decided to go to another place of the mountain. When we were walking in the wood, it started pouring, it was raining cats and dogs. Although we were well-prepared to cope with rain we got absolutely soaked and we got lost during a short period. So , I try to listen to weather report before I go on a trip to the countryside.

In my own relationship with the weather I've lost the battle, because I always work indoors, then I have to suffer the worst weather conditions in summer when is scorching, in winter when is frezzing, even below-zero, and the rain in spring and autumn, as though I was a sort of tester of the weather.

Sometimes there are such uncomfortable situations that it is imposible to work, for instance, when it is pouring and you get completely wet, so you are cold and start trembling, or when our friend "Lorenzo" is in the sky, so here in the earth, your body starts sweating, the clothes get wet and you can't take them off.

However, I think the worst to my job is the fog, because you see nothing and people doesn't see you, so it is too easy to be run over by a car which is driven by an old man or an old woman.

The first time that I visited Puerto Rico I got shocked when I stepped off the plain and I felt the heat and the humidity in the middle of December!! It was not really scorching but the humidity made me sweat right away so I had to take my coat and my sweater off. Still, I felt as if I was melting, so I enter a WC to take my thick stockings off and then I felt much more relieved.
I looked up to the sky and I saw that it was clear with almost no clouds, but within few minutes a breeze started and two big dark clouds appeared over us. It showered enough to make us end soaked, but it didn´t last too long. The wind pushed the clouds away and we had again a brigh sun drying
our clothes again..
That changeable weather was crazy,it was like entering a sauna and having a shower afterwards...but I got used to it and ended up loving it!!

Listening to car radio is one of my favourites entertainments. Last Friday in the evening, I was driving and listening to music when they warned warned about sudden gale force winds from the north. It surprised to me because the weather wasn´t too bad. Of course slow temperatures, cloudy skys and spells of showers. That´s usual in January. But the news reader insisted: ´there will be a strong stom near the midnight.` So, when I arrrived to the city-center of Seville there was nobody at the streets. I parked my car, started walking and there was a deep silence in the empty avenues. The trees started shaking, leaves, papers and plastic sacs flew on the air. Even the light posts swung. I was frightened when I arrived home.

Recently, the weather has been changeable. Some days when I have got up, it has been sunny and the temperature has been nice for this season. However, other days, it has been drizzling or have been showers all the day so it is awful.

I hate this weather because I feel depressive and I can´t walk or have a coffee outdoors. In fact, I have to drive whatever place and if I go out to have a coffee with my friends in the afternoons, we have to stay indoors because it is damp or it is wet and you can´t be outdoors.

I know that the rain is essential and we are in a period of drought but I prefer a sunny day when the temperature is nice to go out and have some drinks because when the day is wet or it is pouring, I only want to be relaxed at home.

Well, I must say that unfortunately there´s a lot of people who is in a desperate situation and although they may not believe in psychics they go to see some kind of quack doctor as a last possibility to find some hope for their problems..maybe some strange illness..like it happened to me once.

I have never believed in psychics and neither have my parents..but in 2000 I got ill while I was having summer hollidays with my family. I developed a weird kind of arthritis. It took the doctors almost one month to realise that I was facing a reacive arthritis and in the mean time they kept prescribing me pills that were actually causing me more prejudice than relief..

I don´t remember how many doctors we visited, but after several weeks my parents saw me every time weaker and weaker, vomiting everything what I ate and over all, my mum got really scared. In that moment and out of desperation they took me to a man who called himself a kind of magic doctor....I was quite like ok, let´s try it..it hurts too much not to give it a chance.

I only got better when a arrived to Sevilla and a specialist in arthritis prescribed me the right pills..

My experience only helped my to stand by my original believes

All psychics are fake...if you want some help go to a real friend who probably will know you enough to be able to advice you...and you don´t need to tell them you name, country, age, etc...so it will be faster too!

There are lots of people in the world that their only thoughts are" money". Are there any fake spychic?. It is impossible to give you an afirmative answer. Maybe becouse I am a sceptical person. I do not believe in this topic but I recognize that there are people who brains are extraordirarily developed and have special powers.
On the other hand I knew a friend that the day before of her wedding went to a spychic woman. she only said her name and the woman said she was a quite , great and pretty girl and she was going to be very happy when she will married, that´s all. Then, she had to pay 5000 Ptas. I was so furious.
I think it is a great and greedy business and I am thinking to become in a famous spychic and call me "Madammar".

Firstly, I have to tell you, I don´t like this topic, perhap I am a little sceptical although I think, that only a few people, own some powers. Well, this isn´t the exactly word, it could be a six sense, or something similar.
Summing up, neither I believe nor I don´t believe, I respect this topic.
I would like to visit a psychic, but I´m a little bit scare due to what he or she can say to me; but my oldest sister has visited different psychics. The first four times she went there for fun. Those psychics were fakes. They asked her all kind of things, such as her life, if she was married or if she lived alone or with her parents etc.; about her studies, if she had finished it or if she was working, etc
But the last time, she wanted to visit a genuine psychic because she has a problem. This woman didn´t ask her anything, only if she wanted to know good or bad news, and my sister answered: "Both".
The psychic guessed all her past and all the predictions that she told my sister accomplished, like she´ll marry another time but she won´t have another baby; she´ll suffer a family death ( her aunt died because she suffer cancer), and others events.

I believe that most of physics lie and they earn a lot of money with their inventions. They usually deceive desesperate people who want to know if their lives will change for better in the future.
However, everybody knows that our brain has a lot of unknown zones that we don´t use, and it´s possible that some people have strange abilities because thay can use some of these unknown zones. For this reason, I can believe that exist some people with these powers. But only a few, it´s impossible that exist hundreds of them!
I know nobody who has been in a physics and I think that I´ll never go to see one of them (but never say never again)

It could be a coincidence, but I´ve just known recently not one but two psychics. I would describe one of them as a discreet person. It´s impossible to guess he works as a full-time professional psychic.
The other one is not a professional because he also works as an auxiliary in a hospital. In this case is not difficult to notice that he´s a fake psychic, an authentic hooker. Actually you can see him out there prayin on deperate people.
Anyway, I believe it´s impossible to differenciate betwen genuine or fake psychic. Probabily there will be con artists and honest people, as in every job. For me the real question is why so many people need psychic assistence.

In general,I don't believe in psychics or fortune tellers, I think there are truthful reasons to considerer psychics are false.Such us they never use their powers to become rich people,they aren´t able to prevent them from illness or to guess their own future possibilities.
In my opinion, prediction about people´s future is fake and the clairvoyant are brilliant pretenders.Besides,They have a lot of tricks to discover features of their customers´ lives and they are so good at using probability.
On the other hand, we know for sure, there are people who have special powers, for example, telepathy, premonitions or strange ways to cure illnesses. In my village there was a poor woman who had spontaneous visions of her neighbours´future, those premonitions came true .Although, we somebody wanted to know something about his future she wasn´t able to do it and she never used her powers for a living .
In conclusion, reading the future are a fraud but if psychics weren´t pretenders we would never know this, because they would keep it in secret to use theirs powers to earn a lot of money or power.

I don´t believe about the topic of psychics. However, I meet a lot of people who believe in them. One of these people is my best friend, Ana. I am going to tell about her experience.

One day, Ana was very sad because her parents wanted to get divorced and she decided to phone a psychic. The psychic asked her a lot of questions about her parents´ behaviour. After listening to everything, it was obvious the psychic´s answer, they would get divorced in a near future and it was so.

From my point of view, I think that psychics are tricksters and they guess answers which are obvious because if you ask something related with a topic, it is because you are very worried about that, so they know how answer to it.

I'm sceptical about psychics because I think this is a great bussines in our society and they can ear a lot of money. It bad because the psychics are playing with the emocions of people.
I had a experience twenty years ago. I visited a psychic with a friend because she belived in it, and she didn't want to go alone. When she had finished, the psychic saw me waiting and then she asked me if I wanted to pass. At the time, I was confused, but I decided to enter. She was a normal person, a little fat, sweet but with a stranger look in her eyes. She told me there were some ill people in my family. I thought she was talking about my grandmother. She said that I needed to prepare my mind because at the end of the year I would receive bad news. I must take care of my mother and my father. I was sorprised in november when my father died and my mother fell ill with depression.
This information confused me, because T thought about my grandmother and not about my father.
This was my experience and now I continued thinking that you have to take care when you go to see psychic people.

I believe there are psychics with special powers but it is so difficult find a real one that I prefer not to look for them.

Nevertheless in my family there is a woman who has this special powers, then is easier for me realize when the psychics are real or fake, because this relative doesn't ask about nothing, she only tells someone's future, and sometimes the past, and she never earns money with her ability.

If she practices her powers every day she'll need to visit the doctor because she'll suffer from splitting headache. This is another way to discover a real or fake psychic, because the fake one works 8 or 10 hours every day.

Finally, I prefer to live the present and keep my hope of being happy without the psychics.
