First Aid Advice --> Student's book, page 13
Reading--> A students read text 1 (Help! My friend's choking!), B students read text 2 (the day my little boy swallowed a tomato).
Speaking --> Students took turns to tell each other their story and decided if the aid given to the choking person was correct.
Listening--> Students listen to what happened next.
(Listening tip: Students were suggested to subscribe to the podcast in the St. John's Ambulance website - see installment from last week- and listen to/download the audio files).
Speaking --> communicative strategies for fluency: If you don't find the exact word or phrase for what you want to say, just don't freeze, paraphrase and keep going!!
Writing ---> an informal e-mail (Student's book, page 17). Vocabulary and useful language related to e-mailing. Correct the mistakes in an email.
Reading and Speaking ---> Star signs, Workbook, page 13.
Homework --> Answer the e-mail on Student's book page 17.
